It will usually have more infor on the dress and designer somewhere in the magazine. Look under the photo and see what page it has listed. Bring the magazine to the store and see what they have to say. They are very helpful. But, you need to go to a Macy’s that has a bridal section. Good luck.

Contact a Macy’s that has a bridal section. There’s only a handful of them and I believe they are all in the NY and Chicago areas.
You may have to contact corporate and make sure it’s actually a Macy’s sponsored item. Possibly, the advertising company responsible (maybe the bride’s catalogue? you could also contact them) for the ad used a bridal photo of their own, which somehow was approved by the Macy’s marketing manager even tho it wasn’t a Macy’s gown. (I’m unclear if it was an ad for Macy’s or a personal ad for the individual advertising their own wedding registry at Macy’s.) Or, the featured gown could have been from an older campaign, recycled- dress no longer available! (Unless you can discover the designer and contact them directly.) Contacting corporate could lead you to that info also.
I’m a future bride myself, and know it can be frustrating to not find the gown you want. I’m planning all the decoration and let me tell you I found some very affordable items to accompany my gown and general theme at this online site http://www.e-weddingfavors.com/catalog/Bridal_Accessories-45-1.html , along with even some stuff for pre-wedding. (Just a little help for you while you’re stressing over that gown!)
Good Luck finding it, and with the wedding!
